ULW x AIMST

AIMST University is a leading university fully accredited by the Malaysian government in the northern region of Malaysia. AIMST formally began its operations on 30th October 2001, coinciding with its registration with the Department of Private Education under the Ministry of Higher Education. Faculty of Dentistry was started as one of its main wings in 2005.

1. AIMST University is the first private university to offer the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) program in Malaysia and currently the only University to start Bachelor of Dental Technology (BDT) program in Malaysia. The BDS program was commenced in September 2005 and has produced eight cohorts of students till today.

2. The BDS program of AIMST University is one of the pioneers adopting the integrated polyclinic based teaching system which facilitates the graduates to excel in the clinical domain along with a strong scaffold of scientific knowledge, skills, competencies and its application.
