How to apply?

  1. Like our MDSA Facebook page and follow MDSA Instagram account 

  2. Fill in the google form with the link attached below. 

  3. Proceed with the payment of application fee to your respective University Representatives of MDSA

  4. Wait for the confirmation email with membership ID from the Welfare & Advocacy department

  5. Congrats! You’re now officially a Privileged Member of MDSA.
