Assalamualaikum and greetings everyone!I am Muhamad Azfar Fathi, the president of Malaysian Dental Students’ Association for the 2023/2024 tenure. Over the past 12 years of establishment, MDSA has achieved a history of excellence and a legacy of milestones that we are incredibly proud of.

It was a revitalizing year for MDSA in the previous tenure where we brought back a plethora of events, collaborations and activities as we transitioned to a post-pandemic era.

Therefore, we would also like to extend our utmost gratitude to our dedicated patron, Professor Dr. Zamri bin Radzi, our advisor, Dr. Nor Atika Md Ashar, president of MDA, Associate Professor Dr. Mas Suryalis Ahmad as well as our honorary advisor, Dr. Mohamad Muzafar Hamirudin. Our achievements wouldn’t be possible without their unwavering support and continuous guidance to MDSA.

Moving forward, I will be working alongside a group of talented dental students that are extremely dedicated to bring forward a huge variety of events and activities for MDSA!
