IADS International COVID-19 Research

On 25th January 2021, IADS Standing Committee on Research and Education (SCORE) invited us as contributing authors as part of the research titled ‘’Prevalence and Determinants of COVID-19 Vaccine Hesitancy Among Dental Students: A Global Cross-sectional Survey-based study. The initiative is inspired by Dr, Abanoub RIAD, who is an IADS Alumni. Questionnaire is used to conduct the research.

A total of 22 regions contributed for the international research, which are from Burkina Faso, Canada, Malaysia, the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Lebanese Republic, the Portugese Republic, the Republic of Albania, the Republic of Ecuador, the Republic of Indonesia, the Republic of Iraq, the Republic of Italy, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of Tunisia, the Republic of Turkey, the Russian Federation, the State of Palestine, the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Republic of Croatia. 

A total of 6663 sample size were collected from 6th of Feb 2021 to 20th of Feb 2021. Malaysia had contributed 348 sample size to the study. After completing the research, we’ve submitted the research study and got accepted and published on 25th of May 2021!
